I play tenor Sax, but have played and can play all types. I'm looking to join a swing band or any type of jazz. I've played all my life since I was 10 (now 23). I started college as a music major playing in both the Jazz bands for 2 years. Did some performances and a couple with guest artists ( Bobbie Watts, Pete Chrislieb). I havn't played in a band for about 2 years and I really miss it. I'm looking to get into a small band and just play some music. Gigs or no gigs I wanna play some jazz!

Where to start...in no particular order: Coltane, Charlie parker, Micheal Brecker, Gerry Mulligan, Sonnie Rollins, Stan Gets...just off the top of my head.

I love the old 40's swing, B. Goodman, G. Miller, D.Ellington.

I love Tower of Power's sound, its awsome.

So many great bands and musicians.

1) Selmer Paris Series II Tenor Sax, Berg Larson m-piece w/ Olegiture.

2) Music Stand? Theres not much to a saxophinist.
