CrossTown and Dave Michaels Project are looking for a Pro minded and equiped Bass Player with a positive and dedicated attitude, preferably with at least some backup vocal ability. Also looking for Front Man Lead Vocalist, and Guitarist or Keyboardist with Vocals. We have a record deal, a manager, a studio and GIGS that we're having to pass up until we reform! Dave submitted various tracks of session work for 5 of Tommy Lee's songs, playing Rhythm, Lead and Bass Guitar, Keys/Synth and even co-writing lyrics. Dave's Evanescence style Keyboard tracks were accepted for the song "Only One", which will be out starting September of 2010.

Dave is regrouping for the new CDs currently in progress with Alethea Records at Jasongs Recording Studios. Needed are Drummer, Bassist w/vocals, Guitarist w/vocals and Keys/Synth w/vocals. Please Contact Dave at [email protected] if you are in the Phoenix Arizona area and are into Classic and Blues Rock, Soul, Funk, Gospel, live performing and possible touring in support of new albums being released!

CrossTown/Dave Michaels Project's NEW band line-up will perform a FREE 2 hour concert to benefit local charities. The venue is yet to be determined, but will be held in Phoenix or Glendale, Arizona.
Show time is set for 6pm and may include other local bands who also wish to assist local charities through giving a free mini-concert. Depending on the number of bands, which will be capped at three, the entire concert may go from 6pm until 10pm, with each band performing 90 minute shows.
Merchandise from each band, including CDs, DVDs, T-Shirts, etc., will be available at the shows and a majority percentage of the sales (at least 60%) will be donated to the charities.

David Van Kleeck's "POINT OF VIEW" is included on A&R's Industry Wide release compilation CD, being distributed to Radio Stations, Music Supervisors, A&R Departments of Major and Indie Record Labels and Publishing Companies.

National Release on Versailles Records' "Glory Rock Vol 1& 2". Two of Dave Van Kleeck's original songs were included on that dual CD; "POINT OF VIEW" and "TO DIE FOR ME".
"POINT OF VIEW" musicians included Davey Pattison of GAMMA and Robin Trower on Vocals; Pete Thompson of Robin Trower on Drums; Dave Van Kleeck on Vocals, Rhythm and Lead Guitar, Bass Guitar and Keyboards; Mark Robertson of Goldfinger Studios on Hammond B3.
"TO DIE FOR ME" was recorded live. Musicians included Gilbert Estudillo on Drums; John Perry on Bass; Tom Prater on Sax; Dave Van Kleeck on Vocals and Guitars.

From August 16 through August 31 of 2008, Pete Thompson of Robin Trower sat in on a marathon recording session of 9 original songs written by David Van Kleeck. Recorded at Jasongs Recording Studio in Glendale, Arizona, Pete laid down some of the most devastating drum tracks ever recorded for any of Dave's original songs. The songs are scheduled for National Release through Alethea Records, Versailles Records and A&R Unlimited - a Artist/Band Marketing & Promotional firm based in New York.
Pete also acted as Executive Producer, Co-Arranger and lent his incredible talents not only to recording the Drum tracks, but the Keyboard Synth track on "The Light".
The songs are set to be included on 3 different albums by 3 of Dave's bands for Alethea Records;
Davey Pattison & CrossTown's debut album "The Light"
CrossTown Band's sophomore release "Storm On The Horizon"
Dave Michaels Project's "Cosmos".
All 3 albums are in recording/mixing phase and due for release in 2010.

Davey Pattison has released two critically acclaimed solo albums, fronted the Ronnie Montrose Arena Rock band GAMMA and released 4 albums with them, and has been fronting the Robin Trower Band now since the mid 1980's! He has been listed as one of the Top Ten Male Vocalists and is the embodiment of Blue-Eyed Soul! Now, Davey is recording his incredible voice on the NEW release of POINT OF VIEW from CrossTown Band on Alethea Records! Definitely DO NOT MISS this release!

David and his brother Breck have submitted a design idea and followed through to completion the new CD and Front Jewel Case design for the Robin Trower/Jack Bruce CD "Seven Moons".

EMERGENZA INTERNATIONAL MUSIC FESTIVAL makes a stop in Tempe, AZ at The Clubhouse Music Venue. CrossTown and 5 other bands of various genres will perform. CrossTown will be preforming a few covers (Trower, Hendrix, SRV, BadCo) and selections from their released CDs. Come on out for a GREAT EVENING!
