ABOUT

I love most types of music but Metal is where my proficiency lies. I've been playing guitar for about 25 years, drums/bass for about 15. I do sing but my style/ability still needs a bit of tweaking so I stick to instruments primarily. While my heart lies with metal I love music in general so if i'm to play in a band, it does not have to be anything specific. I love anything with a good driving beat. I am a firm believer in that the hook is the key part of the song. Whether its a vocal line, guitar riff/solo, or a drum beat/fill, its gotta be there.

Looking to join or form a serious band of like-minded individuals that are all ready to bring something to the table. By like-minded, I mean open minded. I like incorporating multiple styles into my original songs. I'd prefer to do solely original songs but covers are fun to jam on at practice and bring into set lists for filler or just a good time.

I do tend to be a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to writing but its ultimately only because I believe in putting out the best possible song. To that effect, I also take practice seriously because until you have the songs down, you can't really afford to mess around. If I'm going to put time into practice and learning I want to make it count.
