I am looking to play in a band. If you are a band starting out or established that wants a guitar player who can play rhythm/background guitar or lead. I am interested in finding musicians/bands who like to play a variety of music, I play songs from the '60's all the way up to present rock/alternative, metal and blues tunes. I just really enjoy jamming!! Ultimately I'd like to write and play original songs.
My availability is pretty much open to palying on weekends and maybe one or two days during the weekends, I work during the day and off on the weekends.

Influences
I have many influences from Eric Clapton and Stevie Ray Vaughn to Red Hot Chili Peppers and Guns and Roses, I have learn a ton of songs that I got off the 'net. I took formal lessons for about 6 years when I started playing at the age 17.
Mainly, when my strengths are in that I can learn quickly, I learned theory when I started out playing guitar, I also played piano early on but I prefer to stick to guitar. I know how to play, my playing may seem a little "mechanical" at first but not ameturish.
EQUIPMENT
I have a Fender Strat' that I play all the time, I also have a Washburn acoustic. I have a Fender bass, I have a drum machine/digital recorder and a mixing board. For my electric guitar I have distortion, chorus, delay and a cry-baby wa-wa pedal.
