Older rocker who served in several bands in Miami during the 60's. Back then, I played three nights a week for three years. Went to college instead of going on tour with my band, opening for Iron Butterfly (yes, really!). Played rhythm guitar & sang lead & backup. I have minor bass & lead guitar skills, and can maintain a few basic beats on a drum kit. I really enjoy playing with a band & for an audience. Ideally, I'd like to get into a classic rock or new country cover band that would play publicly. Recently worked as a lead singer for Mean Jo Mack, a classic rock cover band in Gainesville who recently headlined at the Alachua County Fair.
