About

VSN is currently looking for a lead or rhythm guitarist who is ambitious to playing metal music that ranges from soft to brutal textures. Same with a bassist of such ambitions. Creativity is most welcome whether you want to introduce a fusion of genres or straight-jacket it with metal. We are also in search of a drummer who is just as diverse. Mind-set is the most important virtue we look for in a musician, and double bass is a must if you are a drummer. If you have the ability to adapt to whatever is thrown at you and the ability to play original music, then you are more than welcome to contact us. Influences are preferable if it consists of bands that are not so typical (although I have Disturbed listed). Our guitarist, Vice, has a variety of original songs, each song unique. I've been singing for quite a while and can scream, growl, yell, and sing. We're not looking in the post-hardcore, deathcore, or any genre with "core" in it since that isn't exactly the sound we're looking for. Neither are we looking in your everyday traditional metal. We're looking from something structurely new and unique. VSN seeks for a very original sound that sounds like no other while essentially retaining a metal-base sound. We'll need another guitarist, a bassist, and a drummer for that though. We are serious. No holds barred. Influences consist of: Dir En Grey, Machine Head, Disturbed, Fear Factory, Lamb of God, Insomnium, and etc. Some of us have influences out of metal, but that won't be listed. Message me if you want a list of full influences.
