Think twenty one pilots, my chemical romance, sparks, queen, genesis, regina spektor, panic at the disco.

I need a drummer preferably for the long haul. Meaning not being spread too thin with other projects, and going all in on this one. If you go all in, take initiative with tasks needed to be done cleanly laid out and updated in a google doc, you get publishing cuts for the arrangement % of publishing, % of sales and monetizations, % of shows, % of merch, % sponsorships, any $ you invest, you get 8% return investment, and probably the biggest thing besides money is you get a stability.

If you don't end up doing it that way, you will still get % from some streams of income for playing the gigs, and your spot isn't stable because I need someone to help me in the trenches as we continue to get more outside help.
