ABOUT

Moderately experienced rhythm guitarist and bassist and long-time highly-experienced and versatile drummer.

Very much a "pocket" and groove-oriented player (as compared to being a flash player that likes lots of fills and solos) with a high-energy stage presence.

Ready to start fresh or join existing group (or regular jam) to play covers only.

What kind of covers? I'm open to suggestions (see my "Influences" below), but I'm hoping to not do the same ol' "dad band" stuff it seems most cover groups are playing. Instead, I'd like either get more into "deep cuts" of the bands we all know and love or perhaps try to explore other bands/songs that are overlooked or just not as mainstream.

Total "for the love of the game" amateur with a 9-to-5 job; available most weekday nights and weekends.

I have a superb soundproof home studio / rehearsal space with ALL equipment (PA, mics, amps, guitars, drums, etc.) and can/regularly host rehearsals and jams.

EQUIPMENT

All kinds o' acoustic and electric guitars (six-string and bass), amps, pedals, drum gear, and PA/live sound gear. Mostly high-quality/pro-level gear to get the '60s/'70s sounds I dig.
