For guitars -
Solos are a must. backing vocals a plus. And it's VERY important that you feel every note you play.

For bass -
The lines are simple, so you gotta have stage presence! backing vocals are a plus.

We're not really looking for anyone loaded with other priorities. School and work are fine... we've all got schedules. But if you can't dedicate yourself or music is not your passion. don't bother.
