Impressive, flashy, energetic, and dynamic are a few of the words used to describe David Franklin's guitar playing. His sounds range from straight-ahead rock to cosmic, blues to Spanish and intense to mellow. For the past five years, David was the lead guitarist for the San Diego based rock band Physul. Physul rocked the Viper Room, Whisky, The Gig, 'Canes, the Belly Up and other Southern California clubs. After five years the band members went their separate ways. David Franklin started writing music of his own. With the help of former Physul lead singer Gavin Worden, David started laying down riffs and concepts that would eventually form the songs of his upcoming album. Playing all of the instruments and programming the drums, David has created the music he was always meant to play.
