1993 Les Paul, Ibanez SZ, Fender Hot Rod Deville tube amp, Marshall 100 watt Valvestate, Trainor 2x10 60 Watt, 1000 watt powered mixer, PA speakers with stands, mic, cords etc, full drum set minus cymbals. Kick ass practice space with A/C, full kitchen pool table and 60" HDTV, for break time.
