Hey everyone, we are a band named Disengaged and need more members to play live and hopefully start touring. We are a band that is unique when it comes to the material we write. We are looking for members that are between the ages of 16-24. We have connections with KBPI and have had numerous opportunities to play live in front of substantial crowds but can't due to the lack of members. We have finished a 3 song demo in a studio and we have already written material and lyrics to our first album. It consists of 12 songs with guitar tabs already ready to read. We are serious and are not looking for any hardcore drug users or distractions of any kind. According to everyone that has ever heard us, we sound really good. We are just searching for the last pieces of the puzzle. The guitar tabs can be complicated so we are also not looking for anybody that has just started playing. We are also open to new riffs and ideas on our current songs so if you do end up joining dont worry about trying to play our material perfect because we are open for new solos and riffs and even lyrics in the songs. So if you like any of the bands above and consider yourself to be talented when it comes to guitar, singing, or bass playing, then let us know. We prefer to have a vocalist that can sing clean and also have the potential to do screams that range from highs to lows. (NO PIG SQUEALING) Guitarists that can tremlo fairly fast, sweep pick, and also have the versatility to play acoustic and slow. Auditions will be held every Sunday. If you are a guitarist and wish to be accepted you will need to know how to play 2 songs; "Damage Inc." by Metallica, and "Hearts Burst Into Fire" by Bullet For My Valentine. If you do not have the skill to play these songs in full please do not contact us until you can because like we said before this is a serious project and to be known we are only as good as our weakest link. We prefer singing that is the same style and sound as singers such as James Hetfield, Corey Taylor, or Ivan Moody.
