I'm really looking to create something fresh by digging into the roots of the old. The basic plan is to combine many elements of music around the principles of rock n roll, which is what rock essentially is in the first place; a mutant brain child of unlimited musical influence.

Influences:

My favorite groups are those like Zeppelin, Sabbath, Rush, Deep Purple; groups that had great chemistry and jaw dropping musicianship. Gogol Bordello is awesome in terms of unique instrumentation, stage presence, and foreign musical influence. I also dig real rap that has something to say; Aesop Rock, Immortal Technique, Mos Def. I think if done right, rock and hip-hop have a lot to offer each other.
