Underemployed Professional Bassist/vocalist. Looking to put together a new 4/5pc? project to play out immediately and often. Rocking variety of soulful Blues, funky jazz, old school (Stax) R&B and R&R. A La Tommy Castro, Delbert McClinton, The Subdudes, etc. Have lead guitarist. Need solid/versatile drummer/percussionist and either Sax, Keyboard, 2nd guitar or whatever grooves. Vocals a big plus.

Influences:

Almost everything I've ever heard has influenced me (one way or another - how can it not?). Currently active with The Mike Lenz Band (but only gigging 1 or 2x a month) Some of the other bands & musicians I've worked with in the area: Mostly Blues Band, Calypso Gypsies, MoShambo, Zydeco Jones, Main Street All-Stars, Vibrogroove, The Bad Wheelies, The Sharks, Shurfire, Bill Roth, Peggy Coyle, Tucker Smanto, Jason Edwards, John Perry, Jammin Paul and many others.
