About
****WANTED** LEAD VOCALIST **WANTED****
We've got a killer rhythm section, guitarist, and background vox, and all we need now is YOU. We are currently focusing on new rock, Alt-90s, and classic anthem tunes to get our audiences cheering and on their feet. Much of our playlist matches what you'll find on 97.1 The Eagle and The Boneyard - in other words, rock'n songs that people want to hear. See audition list below.
Slither - Velvet Revolver
Unchained - Van Halen
Basket Case - Green Day
Sweet Emotion - Aerosmith
Mean Street - Van Halen
Dirty Lttle Thing - Velvet Revolver
Electric Eye - Judas Priest
Tom Sawyer - Rush
2 Minutes to Midnight - Iron Maiden
Whole Lotta Rosie - AC/DC
My Own Worst Enemy - Lit
Animal - Def Leppard
You will not be invited over if you don't have any audio samples or links we can listen to prior to you coming over - NO EXCEPTIONS. We've showed you ours, now show us yours!! PLEASE NOTE: Ignore the vocals on the posted samples, and focus rather on the quality/tightness of the music itself. Every one of these tracks is a simple, one-shot take. No editing tricks, no overdubbing, no cut-and-pasting - it's just us. "Space Drums" is me solo goofing around with my FX processor. Lastly - cut me some slack on the mix - I'm still learning how to use my new recording rig...
We are 3 normal Dudes, with normal jobs, and normal families that do this because we have a blast playing GREAT rock music. We do this for fun - not increased drama and headaches. Having said that, all 3 of us are fine with an EGO, but what we won't tolerate is a flake. If you are incapable of communication via text, email, cel phone, carrier pigeon, or smoke signals - whether you can make it to practice or not - please go on to the next ad. You know who you are... BEAT IT ! !! We usually jam on weekend evenings at my place in North East Richardson - usually Sat or Sun - sometimes Fri - it just depends what we all have going on. We also usually drink a few beers and go for 5-6 hours, or more.... Questions? Message me through this site, or my address below.
Thanks for reading. Joe, Dave and I are looking forward to shaking the walls with you !! !
