About
I have moved on from most of my gadgets, Hammond B3, Hohner D6 and all the analog synths and such (let's call it marriage), just got divorced...now I can blow up my 1971 88 suitcase Fender Rhodes (my Stevie Wonder Funk Machine) at anytime day or night. YES!!! Anywho, been rocking the Rhodes nonstop since 2000...I have a digital piano (88 keys also) with a lot of options. I am looking to gig again sparingly or on a constant basis. I am jazz trained from Lehigh U in PA and have played all over CO between 2000 and 2004 and PA between 1996-2000. I am seeking either a tight cover/original established sound or my specialty, something much more abstract and freelance with all means to grow and build. My name is Doug. Call me at 720.280.3772 or email at douglasruhl@. I am looking to start immediately....and ohh I have plenty of practice space available at my house in the Wash Park area.

Donald Fagan (Steely Dan), Herbie Hancock, Duke Ellington, Bill Evans, Page McConnell (Phish), Thievery Corporation, Joe Sample (The Crusaders), Beastie Boys, David Byrne (Talking Heads), Stevie Wonder, The Roots
