DOWNFALL formed from a series of bands parting ways throughout the area, to come together as five partners to arrange a powerful, aggressive yet still melodic, unique sound of metal with string harmonies and dynamics. They came together with the same goals and passion to construct a strong chemistry and bond, which opened the minds and music from all five of them, and have been writing non-stop for several months with the unity to develop this sound. With a strong frontal attack and extreme timing in their rhythm and percussion, along with Darrell's well enunciated vocals that not only reveal powerful deep tones but a melodic punch as well, which fully assembles DOWNFALL'S arsenal.
To see them live is a unique experience in itself, from the beginning of the show, it starts out with dynamics and pure aggression, followed by a performance with a full assault of convincing professionalism along with the energetic as well as music and attacking vocals.
This band is definitely different, they are eager to challenge themselves, wanting to prove there's not just one method or formula that inspires writing for this band. When writing the way they write, its five guys with different influences and playing styles, from the old-school aspects, to the modern elements of music.
