I have been singing since I was 9, but started taking singing more seriously in 2011. I have a background in a variety of genres: pop/rock, pop, classical, alternative, alternative rock, singer-songwritter, (and Bilingual) cumbia, salsa, merengue, bachata, christian.
Experience as a soloist, background singer, soprano choirs lead, vocal ensemble, duet.
Experience performing with a live band, acoustic setting, acapella, choral, duo/duet.
Languages; English, Spanish, Some latin/french
I have experience in singing for special events (religious/nonreligious).
Most of my singing nowadays has been for a local church choir and events, but I would like to move on to do something more challenging.
Seeking a band to join or more ideally, an accompanist guitar player to form a duo.
I help run a music program for City of hope that brings live music to hospital patients and need an acoustic guitar player who is talented in a variety of genres to accompany me, if your a vocalist that's a plus!! But I would appreciates it as much if you just played guitar! (My favorite instrument!) It would only be a once a month commitment of 2 hours. I mostly enjoy performing Adele covers, but am very open to other suggestions.
But if theres anyone looking for a singer for music project or band, thats fine with me too.
