I've been playing drums since I was 3 years old (technically it was pots and pans back then). I'm now in my 30's and have a ton of live and recording experience. I've played with many different styles of bands and have been on the Denver music scene for 12 years now. I'm originally born and raised in Los Angeles but I love Colorado and I will always have a home here. I'm a complete all around player. The style of music isn't as important to me as is the song writing and the musicianship. However, I am not interested in speed metal or thrash bands. If your music requires double bass drumming then it's not for me. I'm a groove oriented drummer and although I can play double bass drums I prefer not to. I play with dynamics and use my hands, sticks, brushes, mallets, trash can lids or whatever else I need to play "for the song". I want to join an established group that has higher aspirations than just succeeding on a local level. I'm available for immediate recording and/or touring. I can play with a click track during live performances and/or studio with ease. I have all pro gear (check out the "equipment" section) and pro experience. I am currently playing a beautiful pot & pan set that consists of a 5 piece DW Custom drum-set with a "Burnt Toast" lacquer finish, a kick-ass, fat-bottom-end Brady 6.5" x 14" snare drum complimented nicely with Zildjian K cymbals, cowbells, chimes and other various noise makers. I only use DW hardware and pedals. I also use a Boss Dr. Beat metronome.
