About

I have been playing for about 35 years. I played in marching, concert, and jazz bands. Also several garage bands. We played the Ritz on 6th street in Austin Texas most Friday and Saturday nights. During my younger days opening for Watch Tower. At that time we were know as First Strike. I am looking for a committed group of musicians with the same passion for creating music. And going all the way.

Influences

Niel Pert, Lars Ulrich, Alex Van Halen,Joey Jordenson, Danny Carey, The Brain and many others. I enjoy challenging music with meaning. Godsmack, Tool, Rush, Staind, 3 doors down, Metallica, Slip Knot, Lamb of God, 5FDP, Murderdolls, Misfits, Slayer, Korn, Primus, Black label society, And many more. just to name a few.

Equipment List

A combination 5 piece acoustic set with maple wood shells. And a 5 piece Roland Electric V-Drums. SA200 drum amp. With both Niel Perts line of (Sabian Paragon) acoustic cymbals and Roland electric cymbals. I use Evans hydraulic beater heads. With remo resonant.
