Age 54. Seasoned drummer. I also play acoustic guitar a bit. I've played music since age 13 (first trombone, then drums, then guitar). I like and have played most musical styles in a number of bands, first around the Atlanta area, later in the Carolinas, including Rock / R&B / Jazz / Top 40 / Country / Beach / Bluegrass, etc. and have done so in all kinds of places including Clubs, House Band, Studio, Music Halls, and in Church in more recent years (Christian music).

I am not playing anywhere right now except in my bonus room with my I-Pod,a Roland Amp and Roland SPD20 set up as a trap kit (see photo - portable and sounds great).

I am interested in meeting and playing with other like-minded musicians just for kicks, or maybe even to do a few gigs. I have no interest in a full time / serious about it / on the road alot / gotta do it now type band because: I gotta job / gotta family / had enough of all that craziness years ago / etc. Contact aclansburg@carolina.rr.com.
