Being a musician to me is like belonging to a tribe. We are all brothers and sisters of the same tribe. And it is the tribe's responsibility to bring music (all kinds) to the world. It's about inclusion and not exclusion. It is NOT a contest.

I am open to anything that can fall in the category of "entertaining" ...thats what bands SHOULD do...entertain! I am more interested in entertaining than self-indulgence. A band should be the catalyst to people enjoying themselves and having a good time. Thats what I want. If the audience can't dance to it, or sing along with it, I probably don't want to play it.

Band chemistry and entertainment value trumps technical musical prowess every time.

Flexibility and communication is essential. I am looking for balance. I am easy going and check what little ego I have at the door. Looking for people that can do likewise.
