ABOUT

Because of my age I am now considered an older muician but in my mind and my love of music and playing my instrument I consider myself young at heart and in spirit. I am most definately a better musician now than I was 25 years ago with a better understanding of what it takes to create good music. I suppose I would be considered an all around musician since I don't pigeon hole myself as any particular type ( ie: rock or country or jazz ) I find enjoyment in any kind of music as long as it touches me and creates a feeling within me.

Influences

I don't know that I have had any particular influences although I have many that could be I guess. I have always been an enormous Beatles fan, to this day I still love their music. Then there is the Allman Bros. and I guess Clapton and Santana had some influence on me and from my early days there is Lonnie Mack a road house blues rock type guitarist (Memphis and Wham are examples) and I am really influenced by improvisational jam guitarists.
