I have never had the opportunity to be in a band, though have never tried. I write my own songs and have gotten standing ovations at numerous open mic nights. That feels amazing. I want to be heard in a way that changes peoples lives, I want people to leave with thoughts that keep them awake at night and messages that stay with them forever. Don't get me wrong though, I'm raw, in your face, and can rock the f*ck out!!
