ABOUT

My name is Erin K and I am an American singer-songwriter who has recently relocated from London to NYC. I write autobiographical songs which often have a humorous edge and have played over 90 gigs across Italy and the UK over the past year. I am currently unsigned and am planning to release an album this winter, which will be promoted with a European tour. I've had several recent successful tours, along with radio play and some high-profile gigs in the UK.

I am looking to add 2 musicians to this group, a percussionist and a keyboard player. I am also potentially looking for a bass player as well. I am open to collaboration and excited to try anything new when it comes to writing or performance. My background is in art and I'd like to create a live performance and an album that is creative and thought-provoking.

Influences

Musically, I've had comparisons to Kate Nash, Regina Spektor, Susanne Vega, and Lily Allen. I'm not sure if these are my direct influences though, as I'm often listening to bands like Nico and the Velvet Underground, Angel Olsen, Violet Femmes...who knows?
