ABOUT

I am looking for a front-man/lead vocalist role in an established or newly forming band. The ideal scenario would be to play a mix of original and covers and shoot for gigging once a month--and perhaps more frequently if things take off. I have mp3s that I can email to you with me covering well known songs. I also have posted some of my own stuff at the following link:

People say my voice is a mix of Roger Daltrey and Joe Jackson, but you be the judge. I play guitar and some keys, but really am shooting to be a vocalist, with less emphasis on me playing instruments.

I lead a pretty simple lifestyle - minimal drama here. Happily married with young son. But committed to taking the music to the next level.

Influences

I have a broad spectrum of influences, which includes most all Classic Rock, 70's and 80's heavy metal, 80's alternative music, 90's grunge (inc. STP, PJ, Nirvana, Alice in Chains), all types of blues, and gospel. I also am a big fan of Neil Young and Dave Matthews Band (their live stuff) and Puddle of Mudd.
