I am well trained vocalist with great tone, dynamics and a large range. I have a big tenor belt and a great falsetto but have the taste to use both sparingly. I can do rough vocals, scraping and even screams when appropriate but prefer to emphasize clean vocals. I am about good phrasing and musicality and above all else.
I have a good 15 years of stage experience and have worked with many musicians in all types of projects.
I hesitate to speak in terms of genre but generally I think my voice is best suited for Indie, RnB, Pop, Rock, and Soul sounds. At this point I would just like to be a part of a project that emphasizes quality original songwriting and (eventually) live performance. I have very eclectic taste so a strong sense of artistry is the most important thing to me.
I am down to be a role player and sing vocal lines written for me or to compose new lines and lyrics in collaboration with people.
Biggest flaw: Cannot sight read music. Yet.
