~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It's no wonder Everyday Jones has been satisfying crowds in colleges, bars and coffeehouses around the Northwest since 2004, and nationally since early 2006. The duo's professionalism is clear; both members have been making music for years. Lead singer Alissa Jandt is a passionate songstress with a decade of performing under her belt, while guitarist Jason Green comes from a family of musicians and has been at his instrument since he was fifteen.
Everything about Everyday Jones is versatile  from the way Jandt's vocals float off the surface of Green's guitar lines, to the way in which these two people can sound like a room full of players. Green has mastered his art, and accessorizes Everyday Jones' shows using no pre-recorded tracks. Everything Everyday Jones does on stage is completely live and in the moment. This duo can make a cover sound like an original, while their own music sounds catchy, original, and well composed.
With the successful release of their debut CD "Here I Am", August of 2007, and three national tours, Everyday Jones enters the realm of serious artist. They continue to separate themselves from the throngs of other coffee shop acoustic duos. Everyday Jones influences are one of the reasons why they have such a unique sound. Bands from U2, Jason Mraz, the Corrs and Elliot Smith add to the diversity of their sound. There is nothing average about Everyday Jones from their live show to their studio album this is a band worth getting out of bed for! GOOD TIMES :-)
