I'm a 38 year old gay guy who plays bass (and a little bit of guitar and drum programming as well). Very new to the area. Into several different genres. Experimental rock, fusion, funk. I would love to start a queer version of Primus or 2-Live Crew (with some raunchy, sexually explicit lyrics) or even glam it up, get in drag and bring back a funky version of 80's pop-metal. I'm down to try anything musically from avant-garde to death metal. Would be cool to find a talented, technical drummer to gig with as a 2-piece. I'm also open to meet up just for a jam or some busking.

As a bassist I'm more rhythmic then melodic (I feel like a percussionist trapped in a bassist's body). My playing style is "slap and pop" heavy. I improv with drummers better than I do with guitarists. I'm no spring chicken so you have to be cool with someone who is 38 and looks 38. I'm open to all ages, gay, straight, drag queens, lesbians, transgender, radical fairies, etc.
