I'm blues guitar / vocalist. My tastes include Chicago & West Coast blues, Rock-A-Billy and swing. I prefer tunes featuring guitar & harmonica with stops & breaks. I enjoy Latin rhythms as well. I know when to "step-up" as well as "lay-back". Sparse distortion is my default. I've played mostly in 5-piece light rock guitar bands. I've done the wedding band "thing", 9-piece country club tuxedo horn band circuit (3 times), played in trio with Todd East and fill-in with Gap Mangione (brother of Chuck Magione). Not a fan of "metal" music. Lastly, recruited to join "pit" band for 2 High School stage plays - "Footloose" and "Joseph Technicolor Dreamcoat" (BTW: lots of fun and a righteous challenge! ).
