Looking for musicians to form new band

I am a drummer looking to form a new rock band to be located in the Madison,MS area.
The group will practice at least one - two days per week until ready to play shows. After which the group will only need to practice once per week unless getting ready for a battle if they are entered. The music will consist of old school hard rock/heavy metal
( no speed or underground ) covers, new rock covers and originals as they are created. The group will also do tributes gigs as they come up. I am looking for serious and dedicated musicians who are clean, own pro equipment and have own transportation. The age group I am looking for is anyone over the age of 21 but not older than 40 and must be able to play/sing well and learn music fast as I want to have this group play out as soon as possible.
