Currently playing solo. I am looking to play with other like minded musicians.
I am talented in Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Bass Guitar and I can sing.
I played in the all-girl band Yogy Odus in the 1980's. Check out the "Yogy Odus" page for samples of my Bass and Lead / Rhythm guitar work.
I've played in bands during the 60's, 70's, 80's and have done solo work since then although I've been involved with a few reunions with old band-mates over the years.

Influences
My first band was pre-Beatles in the early 1960's. Early influences include Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins, Elvis Presley and other 50's era R&B and Roots Rock-a-billy. In the 60's, the British Invasion, the Folk Rock and Psychedelic era, the Byrds, Hendrix, Blues Project, Youngbloods, Santana, then in the 70's Fleetwood Mac, Gram Parsons, Pat Benatar, Jefferson Starship, Heart.
I am most influenced by musicians such as Sting, Annie Lennox, Gram Parsons, Daniel Lanois, Seal, Sam Cooke, Leonard Cohen and Patti Smith.

EQUIPMENT
VOX Acoustic / Electric 12-string, Cordoba GK Studio Negra A/E, Fender T-Bucket 300CE A/E.
Mackie 16 channel ONYX mixer and compete Mackie PA for 4 mics and one monitor. Lexicon effects.
I was sound engineer for most of the bands I've been in as well as a certified senior Radio Engineer. I know my way around electronics and I have a good ear. I prefer to perform and let someone else run the sound though.
