I've been playing guitar for 18 years. I enjoy all blues based music - Rock, Blues, Blues Rock (Southern Rock), Country, Heavy Metal, and Slide Guitar. I would like to get into a band that plays local gigs a few times a month. Over all I am looking for good musicians to play with. For lack of a better way to discribe what I am looking for - a mix of Black Crowes , Nickelback, AC/DC, and 3 Doors Down. Sometimes lighter sometimes a tad heavier. I would like to do some originals and some covers.

Influences:

My influences are to numerous to list. I taught myself to play from guitar magazines for the first three years. So I have a bit of the entire spice cabinent in my playing. Some of my favorite groups are the following - AC/DC, Eric Johnson, Jimi Hendrix, Soundgarden, Audioslave, KISS, Matchbox 20, Oleander, Tonic, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Dwight Yoakum, Howlin' Wolf, John Hammond Jr., Pantera, Roger Miller....on and on and on.
