Vocalist - Tenor, Rhythm Guitar.

ABOUT

This is a top-shelf, very detail-oriented project that focuses on intricate, three and four-part vocal harmonies supported by subtle, rich musical foundations, generally acoustic in nature. The director is a classically-trained pianist, two-time Texas All-State Choir member, and is also an alumnus of the University of Houston Moores School Of Music. Each of our versatile, multi-talented musicians are Christian and are also at least fifty years of age (hence the name, "Fogies," and our official slogan: "Refreshingly Old"). All are totally committed to producing the soothing, eloquent, tight vocal/instrumental meld so often lacking in live as well as recorded performances. Most importantly, this group has a ton of fun along the way, with itself, as well as with it's audiences. It's not just quality music....it's an experience.

At this time, we are SEEKING A TALENTED ACOUSTIC RHYTHM GUITAR PLAYER WITH A VERY KEEN EAR FOR FIRST TENOR VOCAL HARMONIES such as those found in "Amie," "Take It Easy," "Boondocks," "Seven Bridges Road," "Don't Cross The River," etc. THE VOCAL EAR FOR HARMONY AND THE ABILITY TO TAKE DIRECTION ARE FAR MORE CRITICAL THAN IS THE GUITAR ROLE....

We are not in this for the money, just the love of music, and we are very selective as to where and when we perform. One thing's for sure....we do have a blast, whether it be at rehearsal (in Pearland) or on stage. This is a "family" of musicians who truly have fun. If interested, call Col. Ron at the number below.
