Singer/Songwriter about to finish first record - lucky to be recorded with great selection of LA/National talent - seeks upright bass player with vocal ability. I have connections, recording studio, songs. Immediate aim is to start gigging as duo, get tight and bring in more players to then showcase around LA and beyond. Would like to record next effort in 2017.
The current project varies from singular acoustic to arrangements with full rhythm section, horns, bg vocals, B3 organ, etc.

Influences
I write in different styles - I tend to let the song choose the genre and then find some way of making it work on the acoustic. I do own electrics and tend to use them for mood and embelishment rather than volume or power, though it does happen.
My songwriting influences are pretty wide - the project pulls from various influences and hopefully presents them in a coherent and exciting way.
