About

Nearly 35 years of experience as a Singer/Front Man. Funloving but unapologetic perfectionist when it comes to live shows, with a proven ability to "work" a crowd, a mature attitude/work ethic, and a strong voice that can handle most anything except screaming or super high "Journey-type" vocals. In this nearly 35 years I've covered songs from The Temptations to Judas Priest, from Bill Withers to Stone Temple Pilots, and pretty much everything in between.

Now exploring options in twilight of my music "career", with Classic Rock and/or Blues as primary preferences. NOT AT ALL interested in doing Country, Pop or Oldies (50's, early 60's stuff).

So give me a shout at (eight 5 nine) 5 five 2 eight 5 eight 1 most any time of the day if your Band needs a Front Man who knows how to have a good time, but who understands that the live performances are really what it's all about.

Influences

Allman Brothers, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jimi Hendrix, Steve Winwood, Edgar & Johnny Winter, Eric Clapton, Pink Floyd, Stone Temple Pilots, Foo Fighters, Tonic, Santana, ZZ Top, Fuel, early Van Halen (love the Sammy stuff too, but can't do it justice), Judas Priest, Montrose, Tommy Castro, Steppenwolf, Seven Mary Three, 3 Doors Down, Stevie Wonder, various good Funk, some (not all) Nickelback, Thin Lizzy, Foo Fighters, Bad Company, Cream, Yes, The Who, Blue Oyster Cult, Jethro Tull, Jean-Luc Ponty, Emerson Lake & Palmer, Rush, early Chicago, Robin Trower, Velvet Revolver, Styx, Joe Cocker, Bill Withers, Black Sabbath, Blood Sweat & Tears...or just about all true Rock n' Roll and Blues from the late 60's to today.

Equipment List

Vocal Chords, cheap Les Paul copy, Marshall combo, various hand-held percussion

(NOTE: I could play some rhythm guitar if I absolutely had to, but I'm not really interested in doing that. Mainly because I'm a SINGER who plays some guitar, not a guitarist who can sing. And there's a HUGE difference!)
