I am a musician that is fairly new to this whole band business, but I am very interested in joining a band or meeting other musicians to form a band. I have been playing guitar for just a year but I know a lot about music and have gained a lot of skill in a short time. I can play all sorts of styles but I am primarily rock/metal.

I haven't done studio work before but I'm open to starting.

Influences:

Nirvana, Metallica, AC/DC, Boston, Guns N Roses, Linkin Park, Three Days Grace, Van Halen are my main influences. I listen to all kinds of music so I can get influence from anywhere.

Mainly my individual influences are Kurt Cobain, Eddie Van Halen, Tom Scholz, Eric Johnson, and Randy Rhoads

So I'm kinda all over the place I know, but I think that adds to my style.

Equipment List:

Primarily I play an Epiphone Les Paul Standard, out of a small Peavey Vypyr combo amp. I also have an Esteban acoustic guitar, and distortion, chorus, and wah pedals. In the near future I plan to get more gig-appropriate equipment (like a bigger amp).
