About
Looking for a band, rock, blues, country, oldies etc ASAP
I am a 53 year old guitar player with 37 years of experience playing out. I am looking for a band, or people to start one, playing blues, oldies rock, rockabilly, and country. For that matter, I would entertain playing classic rock, from the 80s and 90s, if you are an established band. I have been playing 3 piece for years, and very little scares me.
I do this because I enjoy it, but I take it very seriously. I am looking for people that want to get out and play, but that means spending some time practicing, and that seems to be the hang up for most of the people I have met in the last year. I realise everyone has family, a day job, responsibilities at home, etc. So do I, I still make time for a band, it really isn't that tough. I am more than willing to travel for the right situation.
