Best known as an electric guitarist, Gemari Arjaye has been a consummate South Eastern live performer and session musician for more than 15 years.

A native of New York City, Gemari began his formal music training at the age of 8. Encouraged by his musician father along with early exposure to The Beatles, Stevie Wonder and Jimi Hendrix, Gemari studied Instrumental Music and Theory at a Brooklyn performing arts school before relocating to South Carolina in his teens.

Gemari continued his music studies while developing a taste for and a command of various styles. This versatility has led to hundreds of performances/sessions with various bands and artists ranging from Gospel to Jazz to Hard Rock and everything in between.
