I really need someone who can at least play acoustic guitar or bass or the small drum box , cajon. I would also like you to be able to sing at least 25 % of the songs. December of 2015 to the end of February of 2016 I opened up for the Donna Nye Band out of new Philadelphia , PA and also played during her breaks and if she broke a string or had any problems. I opened for her as a solo acoustic guitar / vocalist and played music from the fifties through the eighties and up to current hits you would hear now. I learned that I could entertain her fans by just playing as a solo acoustic act. So now I h ave moved on and put together my own pa system and I'm looking for a female vocalist / rhythm guitar player to make my act a duet and really be able to nail all the hits from the fifties to the current music that's out there . I have a page under my name , George Bryson and you can see alot of the music I did as I had someone videotape all my performances. I'm a good teacher. Prior music experience is preferred , if you can play guitar , keys , bass guitar , tambourine , lol , it would be helpful. The only thing is that I've always worked with a female partner and I will not change that as that's a way to get into the door of any club, as a male / female duet. Me on guitar , vocals , helicon harmonizer , drum machine . I also have about twenty guitars , three I will be taking to the shows , fender and Ibanez acoustic electric guitars , Greatch semi hollow body electric guitar , and a Gibson electric les paul. One crate two twelve amp for the electric guitar.
EQUIPMENT
See above list for personal equipment , now for pa . I have a complete pro pa system. Two fifteen inch subs powered by a 2000 watt power amp. Two pole mounted 1,000 watt twelve inch with horn self powered speakers. Brand new twelve channel mixing board . Plenty of Mic cables , speaker and guitar cables , three mics , two Mic stands . I also have a complete monitor system where we would both have our own speaker cabinet as a moniter to hear your self sing , etc. Still need some lights for our first gig and that's about it.
