Bandmix is a great way to find the artists you are looking for and we encourage everyone to continue using BandMix for finding band and/or musician connections on-line.
If you are interested in meeting locally face-to-face with other musicians, we have started a free group just for this purpose in Auburn Hills, Michigan. This group is for musical artists to get together and discuss the music industry in general, as well as learn how to successfully create and market original musical material for promoting themselves, licensing to other artists, or for use in movie sound tracks or commercials.
This group is called the "Music Creation Consortium".
Whether you are a singer, songwriter, play an instrument, or do engineering/studio work, you will benefit from material presented at our meetings!
