I am looking for collaborative partners or musicians who want me to produce their demo or full album.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION:
----------------------
I started out playing bass when I was 14, then decided to learn guitar after I bought a drum machine about 2 years later. I consider my self moderately skilled on the guitar and highly skilled on the bass and very adept at programming drum machines, synthesizers and sequencers.
Over the past 5 years I have been working on my vocals and have been told that I have a high level of potential and that I lack only a band to practice and write with.
As a person, I am very intense and extremely overbearing at times, but for the most part I'm an easy going laid back guy that doesn't take himself too seriously.
I have a concept that I want to see as a reality. While it is very specific there is ample room for personal creativity for everyone involved. Even though I plan to preform only vocals I will be highly involved in the writing process of each song. My concept is so thorough that the actual song construction is critical to the over all meaning of the piece blah blah blah I'm an artist blah blah please take me serious blah blah yadda-yadda.
Also something that should be understood about me is that I am NOT looking for any participation in the commercial music industry. In other words I'm not looking for a major label contract. That's not to say I wouldn't accept one under the proper conditions; I just know those conditions are an unrealistic expectation for anyone entering the major label arena.
With that said, what can be expected of me is sever dedication to a vibrant and thriving local scene that exists as if the national scene doesn't. I do wish to record and make CD's that I would sell at shows or online, but everything would be done DIY with no one skimming off the top.
Well...that's me!
