What do I want?

I want to rock the fu*k out; form a powerful band; widen my influences; enrich my personal culture; make some good art; make some great sounding bullsh*t; to be pushed intellectually and artistically; to find the people who bring out the best in me, people with whom I share an undeniable chemistry that challenges my limits and tests my ego.

I have been playing the electric guitar sporadically since I was 17. I got my sh*t together when I turned 18 and from then I have been hacking away at my style almost religiously. So, my technique is always catching up with my creativity since my vision and ambition are what drive and influence my guitar playing; it will almost always be reliant on what I want to accomplish, be it the exaggerated technicality of progressive metal, the ragged dexterity of punk or the hullsh*t-esqe noise of experimental. The posted demos are an accurate depiction of what I do, so listen to that if you even want to consider me an option. I won’t appeal to everyone so don’t waste your time by making any assumptions based on the bullsh*t I’m spewing. Also, I have a sh*tload of lyrics that go with the music I've written, simply because they were thematically intertwined when I conceived them.

I am very eager to jam with energetic and enthusiastic people. I don’t really care how clean your technique is, or if you are some self-proclaimed virtuoso. If you’re a technical wiz but are creatively and artististicaly bankrupt, then I have no interest in you. I’m looking for bold ideas and brave people who are ready to put them in motion. Led Zeppelin, the Mars Volta, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix Exp., The Beatles(no sh*t), Black Sabbath, Metallica, Santana, the White Stripes, Radiohead, Rage Against the Machine, Nirvana, Eminem, the Yardbirds, U2(War album), Talk Talk, System of a Down, some Rolling Stones, Rush, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Dead Can Dance, Jane's Addiction, Juno reactor, Rammstein, King Crimson, icicle Works, Public Enemy, BOBO, ... there is obviously much, much more, but these are the acts that actively fu*k with my head whenever I play. To some bigoted degree, I know em inside and out.
