About

Incredibly enthusiastic musician who loves innumerable artists and styles. REALLY LIKES PLAYING WITH PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO JAM!!! I have a couple of my own songs totally done and am in the process of writing a ton more, though would love to find someone to collaborate with in that respect! Going to ASU for film and media production, and have utilized my composition skills in that realm to great reviews, and have a schedule that would hardly limit ability to be full time in a band! Also work, but the hours are incredibly flexible, and the wages are readily available to further the band's cause! (Also, I usually practice at work... Heh...) I'm ready to play any time anywhere! Email me at UnripeOrange@cox.net if you're interested!

Influences

Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Phish, Chuck Berry, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Clutch, The Mars Volta, Jethro Tull, Cake...

Equipment List

I have a moderately large space for rehearsal in my home living room that is currently transforming into a recording studio. I have a Pacific drumset that I bought for around 1300 that has treated me and all the drummers I've played with really well. It's a five piece standard set with hi-hat, crash, ride, china, and a single kick Pearl Eliminator pedal. I'm currently in the market for my own bass head/cab, but currently I have a friend of mine's GK Backline 250 Head and Backline 210 Cab that sounds great until I get mine. Also about to purchase a new PA system and second mic for vocals, since I've been running it out of a dual input Peavey guitar amp. My personal guitar rig is currently running through a vintage Fender Eighty-Five 200 watt solid-state dual input slice of heaven that has served as a more portable solution to the 100 watt Vox Valvetronix amp that sits right next to it. I have an Dean Evo electic, and Schecter Diamond Series accoustic elec that I play with most frequently. They are green and beautiful, and am hopefully going to start building a similaly colored Strat with my Dad soon. If you would like any other specifics gimme a hollar! ;-)
