About

I am 53 yrs old,and very laid back and after years of parenthood,I have lots of free time now)I did clubs off and on for over 20 years, the Crazy Luke Band and the Whiskey Band among others. I play lead and rythm, slide and lead can sing lead and can harmonize.I`d love a very relaxed situation,(let`s face facts my big break is not coming anytime soon lol ),,everything from duo to 4 or 5 pieces....Look,I just want to have some fun again....if you`re my age or thereabouts, like to play and sing, want to get out one or two times a month to have some fun, contact me.The emphasis here is FUN,,,no egos (no fights over who plays or sings what,,been there done that...whatever sounds best is the way we play) just FUN....if we do a sit down acoustic gig, there`s plenty of unplugged to be had ( just listen to Harrison`s acoustic While My Guitar gently Weeps,,,or Skynyrds unplugged Down South Jukin` among others) make no mistake though,we have to sound good.....Just be able to sing and harmonize

Influences

James Taylor,Poco,Eagles,Beatles,SRV,any hot blues players,Skynyrd,Allmans,Outlaws,,,all the way to Metallica,Deep Purple,Pink Floyd....I guess eclectic tastes are the words here
