Lyrics are where I first came to the concept of music. I've been writing since I was like twelve, and haven't slowed down since. I've been singing for approximately five to six years. I've been more or less classicly trained and have decent use of about two to three octaves. As of the last few years, I've also developed a very controlable metal growl and have no problem switching between the two. I recently realized that I'm not going to crack the ice as a singer waiting to be recognized, so I've begun teaching myself guitar, both accustic and electric. I've been playing for about a year or so there and looking for bandmates and someone who could show me a thing or two. I'm interested in metal and grunge and rock in general, spanning from anything as light as pearl jam and mad season, ranging all the way to metal as severe as opeth and lamb of god.
