I grew up around jambands and jazz, horror movies and roleplaying games. I'm a little weird.
I have a day job, family, and a haunted house that I operate around Halloween.
I spent some time in college studying jazz performance, and played in countless garage experiments. I've gigged some, mostly twang rock, and taken some years off.
I'm not looking to play "The Same 20 Songs That I Heard At Open Mic Last Week". I like offbeat covers and prefer original material.

Influences
I sound like Jerry Garcia (or Mark Knopfler/Richard Thompson - it varies) playing guitar, circa 1971 on an off Tuesday night, impersonating Tom Waits on a cruise for delinquent metal musicians.
Beyond that, I'm a fan of artists like The Drive By Truckers and Purson, Black Sabbath and Merle Haggard, The Byrds and The Devil's Blood. I tend to twang when I'm playing metal and heavy up my standard songbook sh*t.
