Things have changed since I joined Bandmix in 2005. I'm now learning drums and voice, and I mainly record music. I am also ISO a bassist who I can practice with. Still, I would be open to playing a gig if you have a good money-making idea.

Influences

Bass: John Entwistle, Chris Squire, Jack Bruce...I've tried to pick up some sounds from some great jazz players also.
Composition: Who, Radiohead, Pink Floyd (especially Syd Barrett), Peter Murphy, Bowie, Peter Gabriel. I tend to go back to the 60s psychedelic period (J. Airplane) but I have many different influences. From basic rock and roll to experimental instrumental--with odd meters. I even listen to classical Bartok and Beethoven or Tangerine Dream. I tend to avoid anything country, southern rock, soul, or straight-ahead blues.

EQUIPMENT

I play a Fender precision through two 15" custom cabs with a custom-built power head. It is vintage, but it works.
