I'm an experienced, versatile pro drummer/singer with 30+ years experience. I have toured in the past, and currently play regionally. But I'm looking for a touring original act. I can read/write music, write lyrics and arrange. I take working musically with others seriously (while still making sure it's fun too)! Influences
My biggest playing influences probably have come from Jazz, Jazz-Rock Fusion, Heavy Rock, Funk, and Jump Blues. But at this point in my career, I focus mainly on laying down grooves, solid tempos, and tasteful fills that "fit the music type" I'm working with.
EQUIPMENT
I have 3 Drum Kits and Miscellaneous Persussion: 1). Fusion Kit; 6-piece, DW Collector's Series. 2). General Performance and Recording Kit; 6-peice Yamaha Custom Recording Series Birch. 3). Personal Rehearsal Kit; 6-piece Roland V-Drum Set. 4). Other Percussion includes; Tabla, African Instruments, American Indian Instruments, South American Instruments, and Latin Instruments. I guess I like having varied sound textures at my disposal - ya think?

"No Sunshine" is an original song from a recording project I contributed to. I helped arrange much of the song and came up with the "2-over-3" groove feel.
