I am primarily a blues guitarist and singer in the post-war Chicago style, although my primary intention right now is to create vital-sounding original music that would likely be called rock n' roll. I am 31 years old and have been playing since I was ten. My former career was as a professional musician. I toured the world and was a session guitarist on several recordings in styles including blues, surf rock, singer-songwriter music, and rock.

I have a day job and am most interested in weekend paying gigs, meaningful recording sessions, and musicians who know that taking music seriously and having fun are not mutually exclusive; one leads to the other.

Dylan and the Band, The Faces, Joe Cocker, The Animals, Van Morrison, Tom Petty

Also The Black Crowes and the Black Keys (for the love of God, where did these two white kids from Ohio learn to play music like THAT!!??)

My blues guitar style is most similar to Luther Allison, I have been told, but I am influenced heavily by BB King, Freddie King, and Buddy Guy.

My rock guitar influences include Keith Richards and Rich Robinson.

Equipment List:

I have all kinds of guitars, a very good club-sized PA, a drum set, and a bass rig. I use Fender amps.
